There’s a 15-minute grace period for lateness, but after that, your deposit will no longer go toward your total.

At 20 minutes, the appointment is automatically canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the service total, and multiple no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
